Doug serves as the President-Elect of ARMA International. He will begin his term on July 1, 2008. Doug works as the Business Development Manager for Information Outsource Services for Global 360’s Work Management Group. He writes regularly about issues pertaining to Records and Information Management and maintains certifications as a Certified Records Manager (CRM), and Certified Document Imaging Architech (CDIA+).
